Dealer program
Everything you need to sell, install and profit.
Pergotech is built to be a partner, not just a supplier. From factory-direct pricing to hands-on support, here is what you get as a dealer.
Why Pergotech
Six reasons dealers choose us.
Manufacturer-direct margins
Buy straight from the factory, with no importer in the middle. Premium quality at a cost that leaves real margin in every project.
1–3 week production
Most systems are built and ready to ship within one to three weeks, so you can quote short, dependable timelines.
Engineered for easy install
Pre-fabricated, clearly labeled and crated for assembly. Your crews get up to speed fast: fewer site hours, fewer surprises.
Engineering & design service
We design the system around your project: site-specific drawings, structural sizing and detailing with every quote.
24-hour dealer support
A dedicated region manager and engineer, plus catalogues, drawings and technical documentation. Answers within 24 hours.
Engineering data for permitting
Wind-, water- and snow-load tested structures, with dimensioned drawings and structural calculations your engineer and building department can work from.
After-sales & support
Your shipment arrives. That’s where our work starts.
What turns a supplier into a partner is everything after delivery: the documentation your crew installs from, the engineer who answers, and the material that helps you sell the next one.
Installation manuals & video guides
Every system ships with a step-by-step manual: exploded drawings, part and fastener lists, and the exact sequence to follow on site. Filmed installation guides show your crew the same job on a real project, so the first install goes like the tenth.
Installation video guide: a zip screen system, start to finish (2 min).
One engineer, assigned to you
A real person, not a ticket queue. Your engineer knows your projects, your market and your crew, and stays with you from the first inquiry to long after the system is running.
Feasibility, system choice and site-specific drawings for your offer.
Order verification, technical clarifications and progress updates.
Live guidance for your crew by phone, video or on site.
Service questions, spare parts and the next project.
Showroom & sales kit
Outdoor systems are hard to sell from a photograph. We equip your showroom so clients can touch the product: sectional models, display stands and sample sets.

FAQ
Questions dealers ask.
Can’t find what you’re looking for? We answer within 24 hours.
Ask us directlyWhat are your production lead times?
Retractable roof pergolas, zip screens and awnings: 1 week. Bioclimatic pergolas: 2 weeks. Glass systems: 3 weeks. Production begins once the order is approved.
How long does delivery take?
Typical transit time is 20–22 days. Final timing depends on the destination and customs clearance.
How much does shipping cost?
Estimated freight rates are $1,550 for one partial-load wooden crate delivered door to door, $3,500 for a full 20′ container and $4,125 for a full 40′ container. These cover freight and export packaging only — US import duty, tariffs, customs clearance and brokerage are not included.
How many systems fit in a shipment?
A partial-load crate carries up to two systems of about 20 × 20 ft (6 × 6 m). A 20′ container carries about eight systems of around 16 × 16 ft (5 × 5 m), and a 40′ container about 12 mixed-size systems. Final capacity depends on the product mix and packing plan.
Is there a minimum order?
No full container is required. We can ship a single partial-load crate for up to two systems, or help you plan the right mix for a 20′ or 40′ container.
How difficult is installation?
Easy, because it is engineered in. Parts arrive pre-assembled and labeled with full documentation. A ROOF-I bioclimatic roof installs in 5 steps, and a typical 20 × 13 ft unit goes up in about 8 hours. Installer guidance and 24-hour technical support are included.
What support do dealers receive?
A dedicated region manager and engineer who respond within 24 hours, plus project engineering, installation manuals and videos, showroom and marketing material, spare parts and after-sales support.
What warranty do you offer?
Every product and every component is covered for 5 years: aluminum structure, motors, control systems, fabric and lighting. Full terms are set out in your dealer agreement.
What documentation do I get for permitting?
Permits are issued locally, so approval is always your building department’s call. We supply what your engineer needs to make the case: dimensioned shop drawings for the actual project, structural calculations on request, load-test and CE conformity documentation, and component data sheets from Somfy, Sioen, Serge Ferrari and Şişecam.
Which components do you use?
Only premium global brands: Somfy motors, Sioen and Serge Ferrari membranes, Şişecam glass, Mean Well LED drivers, Roto hardware and Elatech drive belts.
